Your betjl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other person. betjl is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general provisions apply to all betjl promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
betjl takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bets that hedge or offset bonus wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to abuse promotions, or any other conduct intended to exploit promotional offers in a manner not contemplated by betjl.
Where betjl determines that bonus abuse has occurred, betjl reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, suspend the player's account, and/or permanently close the account with forfeiture of any remaining balance that cannot be attributed to legitimate deposits.

You and betjl agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of the betjl platform. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.
