In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of betjl's business operations, personal data held by betjl may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. betjl will notify affected players of any such transfer and ensure that the acquiring entity is bound by data protection obligations equivalent to those in this Policy.

The betjl platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by PAGCOR's regulations for licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines. betjl does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21.
Age verification is enforced through the mandatory KYC process at registration, which requires a valid Philippine government-issued ID confirming the player's date of birth. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source.
